In September 2018, I successfully defended my doctoral dissertation – the final step to earning my Doctorate in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas here in Minnesota.
This is the culmination of a long-held interest I have had in improving organizations and I add this educational accomplishment to my bachelor’s degree in music and my M.F.A in Arts Administration. It’s a trifecta that reflects my life!
This has been a great experience and I look forward to where I will take it from here.
