This website is a collection of thoughts and ideas for organizations and life at work. The goal of my writing is to create for my readers a sense of Vuja de — which is Déjà vu in reverse. I address familiar topics but with a fresh perspective that comes from reflecting through my unique lens.
The point of my writing is not to debate or argue that my perspective is better than others. It’s more like an invitation to step out of a default way of thinking by suggesting, Try thinking of it this way.
I draw from all my life experiences – my education, my passions, my roles on leadership teams, along with my multi-disciplinary background in marketing, management, organization development, philanthropy and jazz. With this, I address complex problems that stand in the way of value creation and offer insight into ways for organizations to be more purposeful and sustainable.
